Refund policy

We want you (and your pet) to be completely satisfied.

Returns:

  • Return requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a resalable condition.
  • Perishable and hygiene-related items — including pet food, snacks, treats, Clothes and grooming products such as shampoos — are non-returnable due to safety and hygiene reasons.
  • In Clothes, We only accept size exchanges within 4 days of delivery. Customers are required to pay a one-way logistics charge of ₹99. Products must be unused, with tags intact and in original condition.

 

Refunds:

  • Refunds will be initiated only after the returned item passes our quality check.
  • It may take 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment method.

How to Return: To initiate a return, email our support team at support@furryfits.co.in with your order ID and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the next steps.
